Inviting guests on board for an all-day culinary voyage, The Waterfront Kitchen is inspired by life aboard a luxury yacht with gleaming wood, polished metal details, and an artistic rendition of a yacht’s sail suspended from the ceiling forming a design centerpiece. With a vibrant ambience, The Waterfront Kitchen is an interactive experience showcasing live cooking stations including shawarma, Mongolian grill, wood-fired pizza oven, mezzeh and seafood counter, tandoor and Asian favourites, and a dessert bar.
