Our dedicated women’s gym focuses on fitness with a range of cardio and strength-training equipment from globally renowned brand Technogym, as well as a body composition machine and private studio where personal training sessions can be conducted. 

Facilities in the men’s gym include Technogym cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a body composition machine. In addition to our ice fountain, experience shower, steam and sauna, a reenergizing whirlpool is available to soothe tired muscles and revive the spirit. Male guests also have access to the outdoor swimming pool that looks out over the Red Sea.
