Take a front-row seat and enjoy unparalleled views as our harbour city ignites the light with Vivid Sydney.

Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo have created a unique five course dining experience that celebrates seasonal ingredients inspired by the sights, sounds and colours of Vivid Sydney.

Savour signature dishes including scorched prawn tartare with scampi caviar and smoked duck breast with fermented chilli and Illawarra plum.

As the light spectacle illuminates the sails of Sydney Opera House, ignite your senses with a vibrant rainbow ganache with Yuzu mandarin mousse and almond frangipane.

The sumptuous Vivid Dinner Menu will light up the night sky at Altitude from 26 May 2023 until 17 June 2023.

Available from Sunday to Thursday 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm.

Available from Friday to Saturday 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Priced at AUD 205 per person for the five-course Chefs signature menu.

Bookings are essential.
Credit card details are required to secure the reservation.
Groups of 8 or more will be required to dine from the Group Menu. At least 48 hours prior to the booking date is required to pre-order from the Group Menu.
Groups of 8 or more will be required to provide a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Settlement with card will incur a merchant fee.
Sundays and Public Holiday reservations will incur a 15% service surcharge.
Reservation of 10 and more will incur 10% service fee.
Standard cancellation policy applies (72 hours before the date) with exception of special event cancellation policy.
For strict dietary requirements, 24 hours advance notice is required.
Wine pairing selection will be determined on the day and additional charges will apply.
A minimum spend of AUD 250 per person applies for a guaranteed window table.
