Shangri-La Sydney’s pastry team have lovingly created a selection of sweet treats, including strawberry layered mousse with vanilla genoise and rose petal and lemon meringue tart with yuzu lemon curd and toasted meringue.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Mother’s Day High Tea without your favourite clotted cream companions and finely prepared savouries to enjoy. Delight in smoked salmon served on fresh baguette with cream cheese or chicken and avocado with semi dried tomatoes on light rye.
Complete the most special of days with free-flowing tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices and raise a glass in celebration of everything that makes your mum, mum!
Mother’s Day High Tea Buffet is available from 13 - 14 May 2023 in two seating times from 10 AM – 12 PM or 1 PM – 3 PM.
Priced at AUD 89 per adult and AUD 69 per child (aged 11 and under).
