Shangri-La Circle members will receive a preferred rate (“Member Rate”) when booking via any Shangri-La e-direct channel which includes Shangri-La.com, Shangri-La Mobile App and the Shangri-La WeChat Mini-Program.
Member Rates are available at participating Shangri-La Group hotels, including Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, JEN Hotel, Kerry Hotels and Traders hotels.
Member Rates will be applicable when booking Flexible Rates and Flexible Rates including breakfast.
Member Rate will not be applicable to any redemption bookings.
Member Rates do not apply to all rates.
Member Rates must be booked by the member using their Shangri-La Circle Membership number and is non-transferable.
Member Rates apply to a maximum of 3 (three) rooms only for each reservation at a participating hotel.
Member Rate may not be combined with any promotions, discounts or special offers and is not valid for existing reservations.
All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax (SST).
Effective from 1 January 2023, the Federal Government of Malaysia has implemented the mandatory “Tourism Tax” of RM10 per room per night for all foreign passport holders (including sharer). This amount will be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check-out. This will be in addition to the 10% service charge and 6% government tax.
The Penang State Government has implemented a mandatory “Hotel Fee” (Local Government Fee) of MYR 3 nett per room per night. The Hotel Fee will be collected upon check-out, in addition to the 10% Service Charge and 6% Government Tax (SST).
