Full pre-payment is required for all accommodation charges, which are non-refundable and non-transferable for alternate dates, names or for hotel credit.
Shangri-La The Shard, London will send Terms & Conditions which is compulsory to sign within 72 hours of booking confirmation.

Rates are inclusive of VAT and excludes discretionary service charge at 5 percent. Service charge will be added to the guest folio upon departure.
