Shangri-La Circle members will receive a preferred rate (“Member Rate”) when booking via any Shangri-La e-direct channel which includes Shangri-La.com, Shangri-La Mobile App and the Shangri-La WeChat Mini-Program
Member Rates are available at participating Shangri-La Group hotels, including Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, JEN Hotel, Kerry Hotels and Traders hotels.
Member Rates will be applicable when booking Flexible Rates and Flexible Rates including breakfast.
Member Rate will not be applicable to any redemption bookings.
Member Rates do not apply to all rates.
Member Rates must be booked by the member using their Shangri-La Circle Membership number and is non-transferable.
Member Rates apply to a maximum of 3 (three) rooms only for each reservation at a participating hotel
Member Rate may not be combined with any promotions, discounts or special offers and is not valid for existing reservations.
All guests staying at the hotel on the night of 31 December 2023 will be charged on mandatory basis with a gala dinner supplement of THB 9,900 per adult and/or THB 4,950 per child (3–11 years old). The guest is required to pay an additional gala dinner fee when check in.
Full pre-payment of room and related charges is required at point of booking for stays between 22 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. This payment will not be refunded for cancellations or shortened stays, and not transferrable to alternate stay dates or for another guest, nor exchangeable for any form of hotel credit.
