General Terms & Conditions

1. “Tuesday's Treasures” (the “Promotion”) is organised by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (the “Company”). It is eligible to registered members of Shangri-La Circle (“Member”).


2. The promotion period is from 12:00 noon (GMT+8) on 15 April 2025 to 23:59pm (GMT+8) on 25 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”).


3. Weekly vouchers (“Vouchers”) are limited in quantity and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and until stocks last.


4. Subject to these terms and conditions, a Member will be entitled to obtain a Voucher through the campaign page on Shangri-La Circle website, Mobile App or WeChat Mini Programme by tapping “Grab now” on a Voucher within the Promotion Period.


5. A Voucher is valid from the date it was issued to the Member’s account until the end date specified on the Voucher or an end date set at Company’s discretion (“Voucher Validity”). The day the Voucher was issued will be considered day one of the Voucher Validity period, regardless of the time of day the Voucher was issued. All Vouchers shall be invalid after the expiry date.


6. The Voucher will be automatically issued to the Member's account after successfully grabbing the Voucher. The Voucher can only be used by the Member with the corresponding membership number.


7. The voucher is exclusive for the recipient and membership number associated when the voucher was issued. An individual who has multiple accounts enrolled and with multiple vouchers issued shall only entitle the offer once. Vouchers issued from duplicate account will become invalid once the profiles are merged.


8. Each Member is only entitled to grab one Voucher per Promotion Period. Multiple Vouchers grabbed by a single Member using multiple Shangri-La Circle accounts will be forfeited.


9. Each Voucher can only be used once and can be applied only to a single room in case of multiple room are reserved for the same stay period. It is not applicable for back-to-back reservation for hotel stays. Once used, this Voucher will be invalid.


10. Each Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.


11. The Promotion and Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, special offers, birthday offers or gift vouchers, and is not valid for existing reservations. Bookings under Complimentary Room and Staff Room are not applicable.


12. All Vouchers are not applicable for reservations via third party channels. The Vouchers shall only be applicable to bookings and purchases made via Shangri-La.com, Shangri-La Circle Mobile App and the Shangri-La’s WeChat Mini-Programme, unless any special arrangement specified on Voucher.


13. Amendments to reservations for hotel stays using the Vouchers are not allowed once confirmed (including but not limited to changes of hotel, room type, check-in date, length of stay, number of guests or guest name). To make any changes, Members must cancel and re-book online (subject to availability and cancellation policy). In such case, the initial Voucher will be forfeited, and the Voucher cannot be reused.


14. Use of Vouchers may be subject to hotel availability, blackout dates and its applicable terms and conditions. For more details of individual Vouchers, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Vouchers.


15. Company reserves the right to exclude a Member who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the Promotion or Vouchers, engages in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behavior in relation to the Promotion or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable law or regulations. If a Member is excluded, any offer may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.


16. The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend or substitute any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


17. Subject to applicable laws, all interpretations of this voucher shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (the “Company” or “Shangri-La”). However, this clause shall not be applicable to hotels in the mainland China.


18. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.


19. Shangri-La Circle’s Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall also apply to this Promotion and the use of Vouchers.


20. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with Company’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrila-centre/privacy-policy/).


21. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
