General Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Shangri-La Circle and The Palawan @ Sentosa Promotion, which is organised by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“Shangri-La”), the operator of Shangri-La Circle (“Shangri-La Circle”) and Palawan Innovation Studios Pte. Ltd (“PIS”) the operator of The Palawan @ Sentosa (“The Palawan @ Sentosa”). By participating in this Promotion, each Shangri-La Circle Member (“Member”) agrees that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms. Shangri-La and/or PIS may at any time amend, modify or supplement these Terms, and continued participation will constitute a Participant’s acceptance of any such amendment, modification, or supplementation.
A. Earning Points
1. Members may earn Shangri-La Circle Points (“Points”) on any spend (“Qualifying Spend”) at participating venues at The Palawan @ Sentosa (“Participating Venues”) as set out in Section C below.
2. Payment for the Qualifying Spend must be made by the Member in-person in order to earn Points. A Member’s Membership number cannot be used by anyone else to earn and redeem Points.
3. To complete the earning, members must verify their identity by signing in to their online account and presenting their digital Membership Card in dynamic QR code format on the online account for scanning by The Palawan @ Sentosa staff. Failure to follow these steps may result in the refusal to permit the points earning. Shangri-La and PIS’ decision on verification shall be final.
4. Points are earned at the rate of 1 (one) Point per 1 (one) U.S. Dollar of spend at Qualifying Spend. Qualifying Spend in Singapore Dollars will be converted into U.S. Dollars for the purpose of point calculation. A pre-determined conversion rate will be used and can be updated at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of Shangri-La and PIS.
5. Points will only be awarded for on-site purchases at Participating Venues located at The Palawan @ Sentosa. Points will not be awarded for purchases through other channels. If in doubt, Members should contact The Palawan @ Sentosa at [email protected] for further clarification on exclusions and/or limitations before purchases.
6. Points will not be awarded for service charges, GST and gratuities.
7. Points will not be awarded for Corporate Events, promotions, discounts, third party collaborations, merchandise, late charges, no-show charges and/or cancellation fees. Corporate Events mean events with sales agreements, corporate invoices or payments made through a company credit card.
8. Points will be credited to a Member’s account two weeks after payment of charges in full for the Qualifying Spend.
9. Requests for missing Points will not be accepted if the Member’s Membership number was not properly quoted at the time of payment and the Membership card (digital or physical cards) was not presented.
B. Redeeming Points
1. Members may redeem points for selected items using Points if the payment is settled directly at Participating Venues. Items that are available for redemption may vary by Participating Venues and may be updated from time to time. Redemption may not be available for takeaway items at certain Participating Venues. Members should contact the Participating Venues for an up-to-date list of items available for redemption prior to making a redemption request.
2. Members must be present upon settlement of the payment at the Participating Venues.
3. To complete the redemption, members must verify their identity by signing in to their online account and presenting their digital Membership Card in dynamic QR code format on the online account for scanning by The Palawan @ Sentosa staff. Failure to follow these steps may result in the refusal to permit the use of redemption. Shangri-La Circle and The Palawan @ Sentosa’s decision on verification shall be final.
4. One may only redeem their redemption when sufficient valid Points posted to a Member’s account are available at the time when such request for redemption is made. Points will be deducted from the Member’s account at the time when the redemption is made.
5. Points can be used to settle full or partial payment of the bill, including taxes and service charges but not gratuities. All gratuities must be settled by credit card or other payment method. If partial payment is made by redemption, the remaining balance must be settled by credit card or other valid payment method and will be eligible to earn Points. No Points will be earned on any amount of the bill settled by redemption.
6. Members are required to indicate on the bill, the number of Points that the Member wishes to use and sign the bill as confirmation of the redemption.
7. Once the bill is settled, the transaction cannot be voided, and the Points used will not be refunded.
8. Redemption shall be redeemed at a cash equivalent rate 25 (twenty-five) Points to 1 (one) USD or Singapore Dollars equivalent. Shangri-La may amend the redemption ratio from time to time at its sole discretion.
9. The maximum number of Points that can be used per transaction is 75,000 Points or its local currency cash equivalent for participating Venues only.
10. Points will be converted into Singapore Dollars cash equivalent based on the monthly exchange rate defined by Shangri-La Circle.
11. Redemption is limited to on-site purchases at Participating Venues located at The Palawan @ Sentosa. No redemption permitted for purchases through other channels. If in doubt, Members should contact The Palawan @ Sentosa at [email protected] for further clarification on exclusions and/or limitations before purchases.
12. Redemption cannot be redeemed for Corporate Events, promotions, discounts, third party collaborations, merchandise, late charges, no-show charges and/or cancellation fees.
13. Redemption cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
14. Redemptions are subject to availability and may not be redeemed during system downtime or maintenance at the relevant Participating Venues.
15. Shangri-La and PIS reserve the right to accept or reject redemption at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
C. General
1. The following venues shall be Participating Venues at The Palawan @ Sentosa:

ii. HydroDash
iii. HyperDrive
iv. HyperDrive Cafe;
v. Splash Tribe
vi. UltraGolf
2. Prior reservation is encouraged for +Twelve and Splash Tribe and all other admission terms and conditions for each Participating Venue can be found on website: https://www.thepalawansentosa.com/.
3. Shangri-La and PIS reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the benefits or amend or substitute any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. Any cancellations of reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that no cancellation fee will be imposed. For no-shows or late cancellations, a no-show charge/cancellation fee of SGD 100 per reservation will be charged.

7. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at http://www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrila-centre/privacy-policy/).
8. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
9. In case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions, the English version will prevail.
10. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
