To qualify for the Promotion, you must be KrisFlyer and Shangri-La Circle members who have both your KrisFlyer and Shangri-La Circle membership numbers linked prior to the conversion.

Once the conversion is made, no amendment and/or cancellation is allowed. The conversion is non-reversible and/or non-redeemable for cash.

Shangri-La Circle bonus Points and KrisFlyer bonus miles, along with the regular conversion Shangri-La Circle Points and KrisFlyer miles, will be credited to your respective membership account(s) up to 8 weeks upon successful conversion.

The promotional conversion rates for Shangri-La Circle Points to KrisFlyer miles is as follows: 1 Shangri-La Circle Point to 1.625 KrisFlyer miles. A minimum of 1,000 Shangri-La Circle Points is required for each conversion. 

The promotional conversion rates for KrisFlyer miles to Shangri-La Circle Points is as follows: 12 KrisFlyer miles to 1.3 Shangri-La Circle Point. A minimum of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles is required for each conversion. A maximum of 180,000 KrisFlyer miles can be converted to Shangri-La Circle Points per calendar year, inclusive of this Promotion.

The top ten (10) members with the highest total eligible conversions from Shangri-La Circle Points to KrisFlyer miles during the Promotion Period will receive an additional ten percent (10%) bonus based on the total base miles converted.

The top ten (10) members with the highest total eligible conversions from KrisFlyer miles to Shangri-La Circle Points during the Promotion Period will each receive an additional ten percent (10%) bonus based on the total base Points converted.

Where two or more members have the same conversion volume, priority will be given to the member who first achieved such conversion volume, as determined by the relevant transaction timestamp. The additional ten percent (10%) bonus will be credited to the relevant membership account(s) within 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other KrisFlyer or Shangri-La Circle offers or promotions.

All decisions by Singapore Airlines and/or Shangri-La, in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion, shall be final. Singapore Airlines and/or Shangri-La reserves the right to amend these and other relevant terms and conditions, or terminate the Promotion, at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any and all personal data you submit (including your name, KrisFlyer membership number, Shangri-La Circle membership number, email address and subscriptions to promotional emails) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, "Processed") by Singapore Airlines and/or Shangri-La for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will be in accordance with (in respect of Processing by Singapore Airlines) Singapore Airlines' Privacy Policy and/or (in respect of Processing by Shangri-La) Shangri-La’s Privacy Policy.

In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion or these terms and conditions as between you and Shangri-La will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). You agree that any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions as between you and Shangri-La, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted, and as may be amended by the HKIAC Procedures for the Administration of Arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The appointing authority shall be the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. There shall be one arbitrator and English shall be the language to be used at the arbitral proceedings. 

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Promotion or these terms and conditions as between you and Singapore Airlines will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree that any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions as between you and Singapore Airlines, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. There shall be one arbitrator and English shall be the language to be used at the arbitral proceedings.
