A stay of at least 14 consecutive nights is required to avail this offer.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 12% Value Added Tax and 0.55% Local Tax.
The “Take Home a Suitcase of Clean, Fresh Laundry” offer requires prior arrangement. Laundry will be collected before 10am one day prior to departure from the hotel. This offer does not include dry cleaning. A discount of 15% will be applied to all laundry exceeding this limit.
Chi, The Spa credits applicable to all massage, facial, and body treatments. Retail items are not included. Spa credits do not guarantee availability of spa appointments. Please indicate your preferred date/time of spa treatments in your reservations so that spa appointments can be made in advance. Spa credits are not convertible to cash or voucher. Unused credits are not transferable and may not be refunded against your hotel bill.

Package inclusions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services rendered by the hotel.
Refunds will not be issued for unused nights.
