Shangri-La Hotel, Xian Introduces Eight “Super Value” Lunch Set Menus

Xian, 21 October 2015 Siam Garden, the only five-star Thai restaurant run by a Thai master chef in Xian, recently launched a brand-new Thai set lunch, offering guests an opportunity to savour authentic Thai cuisine. 

  

Diners may choose from eight set menus featuring delicacies representative of eight regions in Thailand.  Each set includes four dishes: a main course, soup or salad, a main dish and a dessert. 

  

For a reasonable price of only RMB78 per person, guests can enjoy the new Thai set lunch combining culinary art and stunning views with great value and timely service.  This concept is expected to make Siam Garden a new landmark among all the food lovers and business personages. 

  

Thai Master Chef Sujita also combines modern culinary elements with traditional Thai cooking skills and emphasises the art of presentation while choosing green organic ingredients.  To cater to the consumer demand for a healthy and green lifestyle, the new set lunch features two gourmet vegan menus.
