Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou Receives 2015 Certificate of Excellence Award for Fifth Consecutive Year

TripAdvisor has awarded Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou with the 2015 Certificate of Excellence award for the fifth consecutive year. Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou offers a special room rate from 1 September to 30 September 2015 to shows appreciation for guests’ Recognition and affirmation.

The accolade, which recognises hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.  Only the performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive the prestigious award.

As 2015 marks the hotel’s fifth time to receive the award, TripAdvisor has inducted Shangri-La Hotel, Suzhou into its Certificate of Excellence “Hall of Fame”.  This special designation is awarded to businesses that have earned a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.  Winners receive a special Hall of Fame certificate and window sticker to promote their accomplishment.
