Atmosphere
at China World Summit Wing, Beijing continues to bring renowned world-class

year. Marian Beke will be visiting the bar for five
nights of cocktail magic from 27 June to 1 July 2017.
As
bar manager of Nightjar in London, Marian led his team into making the bar
a legendary one and one of the world’s influential bars. He opened his first bar a year ago on Old Street
called The Gibson, named after a cocktail in the early 20th century. Having been open for only one year in Britain,
the bar has ranked sixth at the World’s 50 Best Bar Awards 2016 by Drinks International, the authoritative
magazine of the beverage industry, standing out among many competitors with the
strength to create extraordinary drinks.
Marian
gained of his experience in London, from school and seminars or travelling
and seeing other bars and kitchens. Over
13 years of rich experience in London made him one of the world’s bartenders.
He is good at gathering ingredients on
the spot and will not disappoint guests with drinks crafted with exceptional ingredients. His ever-expanding
spirit of innovation helps him create the world’s fabulous cocktails.
Marian
is widely credited for being a consultant or guest bartender for the past 10
years. He has visited and worked in Russia, Japan, Korea, China, the United
States, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and all over Europe. Attention to detail, playful presentation and
exceptional approach to service are all hallmarks of Marian’s unique approach
to bartending. His superb skills are
the interpretation of international standards.
He has traveled the globe,
understanding and observing different regions and different professions,
constantly creating a variety of works and adding a new twist and imagination
to the traditional. An ordinary ingredient
in his hand can always turn out infinite possibilities.
