China World Summit Wing, Beijing Celebrates St. Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, couples are invited to indulge in a day of romance at China World Summit Wing, Beijing with a specially crafted menu or a romantic stay in the tallest hotel in the city.

The contemporary Western restaurant, Grill 79, will be offering a six-course set dinner menu by Chef Ryan Dadufalza.  With specialities such as Cod Ragout served with Asparagus Carbonara and Braised Iberico Pork Cheek, and Alaskan King Crab with Pistachio Salad, complemented by the twinkling city lights as the backdrop, this is guaranteed to be a memorable night.  Priced at RMB 1,288 plus 15 per cent service charge per person, including wine pairing and free-flowing Moët et Chandon Rosé Champagne, the six-course set dinner is available from 6 to 11 p.m.

For the ultimate indulgence treat, guests can enjoy a luxurious stay in an Executive Room after the set dinner in Grill 79 for an additional RMB 999.  This includes complimentary wireless and wired broadband Internet access as well as 24-hour access to the Residents’ Foyer located on the 64th floor, which offers complimentary refreshments and light snacks throughout the day.

For something a little sweeter, guests can enjoy a hot chocolate fondue dessert in The Lounge, located on the 80th floor.  With seasonal fruits as an accompaniment, ladies will also receive a special gift.  Priced at RMB 688 plus 15 per cent service charge for two people, including a welcome glass of Moët et Chandon Rosé Champagne each. The hot chocolate fondue dessert is available from 6 to 10 p.m.

With over 180 years of history, traditional Japanese restaurant, Nadaman, provides an evening of romance with a set dinner featuring either assorted sashimi or whole king crab.  Priced at RMB 1,888 plus 15 per cent service charge for two people, the set dinner is available from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
