SAGE BESPOKE GRILL OFFERS A GOURMET SUNDAY BBQ BRUNCH

Sundays at Sage Bespoke Grill have just become more exciting as the restaurant presents a BBQ brunch like no other. Guests can indulge in a premium buffet featuring a variety of carvings in a relaxed and casual setting amid the bustle of the city every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. until June 24, 2018.

“We are excited to introduce this Sunday BBQ brunch to our patrons. We want family and friends to break away from the usual brunch buffet and experience a luscious BBQ brunch and live-action stations,” said Patrick Duff, executive assistant manager for food and beverage.

Guests can start off their Sunday brunch with an array of delectable appetizers, such as Buffalo-Sriracha Chicken Wing Skewers, Crab Cakes and Cajun-Style Cured Turkey Ham. They can relish classic Caesar Salad and California Wraps from the live stations.

Guests will be able to witness chefs showcasing their culinary expertise in firing up the grills and cooking authentic BBQ. The delicious feast of Sage Bespoke Grill’s finest BBQ dishes includes Miami-Style Beef Short Ribs, Beer-Simmered Grilled Sausage, Tex-Mex Burger with Jalapeno and Tomato Salsa, and more. End your meal and treat yourself to Vanilla Panna Cotta with Salted Caramel, Josper-Grilled Banana and Apple and Cinnamon Crumble.

Price is at P2,000 net per person for the BBQ buffet. Diners may add P800 net to complement this brunch with unlimited house wine, beer and soft drinks.
