Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s Circles Event Café Accentuates its Buffet Spread with a Lobster Feast

Manila, 1 October 2013­ – Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s Circles Event Café offers an addition to its lunch and dinner buffet spread with A Lobster Feast. Guests may indulge in lobsters cooked in four different ways from October 1 to 31. 

Circles Event Café’s A Lobster Feast offers guests their choice of lobsters cooked in different ways – Chilled Lobsters prepared Ceviche Style with Ginger Chilli, Citrus and Tomato Salsa, or with an American Cocktail Sauce and Mixed salad, Lobster Thermidore, a creamy light mustard sauce with egg yolk brandy and gruyere cheese, or Newberg Style with silken sauce of Sherry Wine Mushroom and Asparagus with Fleuron butter sauce. Guests may enjoy any of these lobster dishes for an add on of P307 for half a lobster, together with the buffet spread and open-theatre kitchens of Circles Event Café, featuring a selection of specialties, from Western to Asian cuisines and a delectable selection of desserts.  

Circles Event Café offers lunch buffet for P1,670.08 from Monday to Saturday and P2,026.20 on Sunday while dinner buffet is priced at P2,007.78 from Sunday to Thursday and P2,271.80 from Friday to Saturday.
