INAGIKU PRESENTS TUNA FESTIVAL

Makati Shangri-La, Manila’s premier Japanese restaurant, Inagiku, will be holding its Tuna Festival from May 16 June 22, 2018. Tuna Festival features Chef Hikawa’s dishes using locally sourced and sustainably fished fresh tuna.

Guests may savor his signatures dishes such as tuna sushi and tuna sashimi with carpaccio sauce, and tuna and salad maki. They can also enjoy his new creations only available during this season such as tuna with miso hamburg steak, deep fried tuna with breadcrumbs, tuna cheek steak, and sizzling tuna on iron plate.

Inagiku offers a diverse dining experience with a sushi bar, teppanyaki counter and private dining rooms. As the city’s finest Japanese cuisine set in a refined cosmopolitan setting, it defines the art of Japanese dining.
