Chef Ken Yu has transformed traditional dishes into creative signature food with passion and flair. Hung Tong boasts views over Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, and offers a contemporary Chinese menu within a setting that takes guests back to the historical heritage of Hung Hom. The history of the area is captured in the design, which features a contrasting modern and traditional finish of raw red bricks, vintage-inspired leather chairs and tinted glass pendants. Besides alcoves and booth seats that offer intimate spaces, the restaurant also has two private dining rooms for special occasions, celebrations and events.
