Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai launch a sumptuous Caviar and Champagne Menu

Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai announces the launch of a sumptuous, gourmet, Caviar Decadence menu at Hoi An, the hotel’s popular Vietnamese restaurant.  The menu comprises four courses and includes 100 grams of Yasa Premium Caviar and a half-bottle of Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne per person.  

Guests are invited to indulge their taste buds with the tantalising Yasa Premium Caviar, which is sourced from Abu Dhabi and served with blinis, crispy toast, chopped egg, onion, parsley and sour cream.   A bottle of 37.5cl Laurent Perrier Brut is a perfectly balanced champagne with subtle citrus, toast and spice, which gives the champagne a strong structure and good food compatibility. 

Expect a rich but delicate flavour for the second course with a Morel mushroom consommé, followed by a choice of either Australian wagyu beef tenderloin or Steamed Boston Lobster served with an enticing selection of colourful and seasonal fresh vegetables to complement.  

The entire dinner is sprinkled with elegance and luxurious self-indulgence and concludes with a delicate marscarpone macaroon with exotic fruits and berries, served with a fruit coulis sphere.
