Bookings can be made online or via our mobile app by using the unique Promotion Code assigned to your company. Business travel rates are not available for bookings made by phone reservation.

Once company associates have booked online, they can amend reservations here.

Yes, company associates will be asked to present proof of employment (i.e. company identification card or business card) upon check-in.  In the event the guest is unable to do so, the hotel reserves the right to amend the booking to the Flexible Rate.

Upon successful application submission and qualification, you will receive an e-mail with an assigned Promotion Code which you can share with company associates for their bookings.

Business travel rates are accessible on availability basis at the time of booking.  If business travel rates are not available, alternate rates will be recommended.

Business travel rates are to be used by your company’s associates only.  If clients and/or subsidiaries are interested in enjoying preferential rates for business travel, please encourage them to apply to the programme.

Business travel rates are non-commissionable.
