Does my company qualify for the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme?

To qualify, a company must meet the following criteria:

  • Generate a minimum of 20 room nights per year
  • Is not a travel agent or wholesaler

 

What if my company does not meet the 20-room-night minimum annual requirement?

In the event that your company fails to meet the minimum requirement, the rates extended will be subject to change and Shangri-La reserves the right to revoke any negotiated rate or benefit extended.

Can organisations, foundations and/or educational institutions apply for the programme?

Yes, organisations, foundations and/or educational institutions may apply.

Are there restrictions regarding the location of my company’s office/headquarters?

No, the programme is global and is applicable to companies worldwide.
