Chef Deivid had travelled far and wide, from the Middle East to South East Asia, when he worked at Shangri-La, Doha in Qatar and China World Summit Wing, Beijing in China. His last post saw him stationed at Shangri-La, Dubai before moving to Bangkok. One of his lifetime prides was working at the award-winning Michelin-starred Chapter One, alongside the team of talented chefs who cooked for Queen Elizabeth II at a gala dinner in Dublin in 2011.
Chef Deivid's specialty is European cuisine, as he was trained in classical European cuisine. He has spent majority of his professional career cooking and exploring this elaborate cuisine. He loves to work with different ingredients, especially his favourite, beef, as it presents a wide range of possibilities for him to create a menu using different parts of the meat while maximizing the taste.
