Executive Chinese Chef Jacky Chan
Executive Chinese Chef Jacky Chan came to Shangri-La Hotel,
Bangkok, from Hong Kong with more than 30 years of culinary experience under
his belt. He practised his Cantonese culinary art in many restaurants and
hotels there, including the American Club and Nikko Hotel.
Since his inception, Executive Chinese Chef Chan has introduced
new creative dishes with beautiful presentations to the refined menu at Shang
Palace.
