Thai Chef de Cuisine Sutthaporn Chulavachana
Chef Sutthaporn was formerly the Thai executive chef of Red Basil at Sheraton Wuhan Hankou Hotel in China. There, she also created Thai dishes for the club lounge, room service and banquet functions, starting in 2014.
She brings to her role at Salathip more than 30 years of culinary experience from working at various leading chain hotels. She served for seven years as chef de cuisine at Intercontinental Hotel, Shenzhen, in China, and as culinary consultant/advisor at JW Marriott Hotel, Mumbai, India, helping to implement Thai menus for the hotel's different outlets.
