In collaboration with Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant Petrus at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong's executive chef Uwe Opocensky will host a pop-up dinner showcasing his culinary skills on 3 and 5 September. On 4 September, Oposensky and Toyoki Furuya, executive chef of Piacere, will collaborate for one night only for the 4 Hands Dinner.
