Child seats are required by law for children under 7 years old. They are priced at AUD 16.50 each. Please inform us of the ages of any children travelling in your party when making a limousine booking request.
Limousine transfers between 12 midnight and 5am will incur a 33% surcharge.

It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive to the hotel from the international airport. During peak hours, it takes a minimum of 40 minutes to reach the hotel.
Taxis are available directly outside the domestic and international terminals. The one-way cost for a taxi on a metered fare is approximately AUD 50 to AUD 60.
We recommend getting off at Wynyard Station, as the walk to the hotel is much easier for guests with luggage from this stop.
Shangri-La Sydney Hotel offers valet parking for AUD 105 per day, with unlimited in-and-out privileges for vehicles up to 2.1 meters in height. For vehicles exceeding 2.1 meters in height, the rate is AUD 135 per day.
Guests dining at the hotel’s restaurants, bars, or Chi, The Spa can enjoy a special valet parking rate of AUD 45 for up to four hours.
For non-hotel guests, valet parking for over four hours (but not overnight) is charged at AUD 65.
