Book our Flexible Rate and enjoy the option to create your own package with CustomStay. After selecting your desired room type, you may add any CustomStay package items to your room rate to create a hotel experience that is tailored to your needs.

Terms and Conditions
  1. CustomStay packages only apply to bookings at our Flexible Rate and may not be used in conjunction with other room rates or packages. All previously selected package items in a CustomStay booking will be removed if the room rate is no longer a Flexible Rate.
  2. You may change your CustomStay package items selection up to the time of hotel check-in. No changes will be allowed to the package items selection once you have checked-in at the hotel. If you need to make changes to your CustomStay package items on the day of your arrival, you will need to contact the hotel by telephone to make the changes.
  3. Unused portions of package items are not transferable and will not be refunded to your hotel bill.
  4. CustomStay add-on items are calculated according to the number of adults specified in the booking and do not apply to children. Please refer to our Children's Meal Plan policy for details on breakfast charges for children as they are age-dependent.
  5. CustomStay add-on prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
