Women's Facilities
Our dedicated women’s gym focuses on fitness with a range of cardio and strength-training equipment from globally renowned brand Technogym, as well as a body composition machine and private studio where personal training sessions can be conducted. After working out, retreat to the experience showers and ice fountain to cool off, or to the steam and sauna to relax. Our fitness experts will ensure that your experience is designed with your needs in mind, allowing you to exercise at your own pace in an atmosphere of complete comfort and privacy.
Men's Facilities
Facilities in the men’s gym include Technogym cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a body composition machine. In addition to our ice fountain, experience shower, steam and sauna, a reenergizing whirlpool is available to soothe tired muscles and revive the spirit. Male guests also have access to the outdoor swimming pool that looks out over the Red Sea. Personal trainings sessions may be conducted inside the men’s gym.
