Activity Cancellation Policy:
1. Minimum 3 hours' notice of cancellation is required for Watersport activities. If cancellation is made less than 3 hours prior to the activity the Client will be charged in full.
2. In the event a client fails to turn up for the activities ("No Show"), no refund in full or in part will be given for the product services in the programme not utilized.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. All prices are inclusive of 8% government tax.
3. All hired equipment MUST be returned to STAR Marina by 5pm on the same day.
4. All not returned hired equipment, damaged or lost is chargeable.
5. Guests are responsible for hired equipment at all times.
6. To ensure the safety of guests, staffs and vessels, the management's opinion and decision is final and irrefutable.
7. All unused services are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash or vouchers.
8. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the duration of the Stand Up Paddle Board activity.
