Jinan My Siblings Love Station is a public welfare service organization supported and established by the Jinan Disabled Persons' Federation. It serves as a municipal-level demonstration site for auxiliary employment of people with intellectual disabilities in the city.

Since 2018, the hotel has regularly held charity bazaars. Funds are raised by selling items donated by hotel colleagues and local residents, and all proceeds are specifically allocated to special activities for caring for people with disabilities, providing practical support for the assistance work of the Love Station.

During the annual lighting ceremony, the hotel invites staff and trainees from the Love Station to participate, sharing the joy and warmth of the festival with them.

Every year during the Spring Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival, representatives of the hotel management regularly visit the Love Station to meet with the trainees, communicate with them cordially, and present carefully prepared festival greetings. Sincere interactions help bridge the distance between each other, ensuring that care reaches every detail.
