Since introducing the “Moonlight Hours” Chinese dessert series, the Lobby Lounge has garnered widespread acclaim and has become a new gathering spot in Tsim Sha Tsui East, offering guests an abundance of sweet flavors and a sense of happiness. We are particularly excited to collaborate with the popular local brand "Sweet Daisy" to launch a limited-edition dessert series starting from 2 February 2026, which reinterprets traditional Hong Kong-style sweets with a modern twist, allowing guests to relive the unique charm of Hong Kong desserts.
The collaboration features six meticulously crafted creations, including classic soya pudding served with ginger syrup or brown sugar powder, refreshing mango pudding topped with fresh fruits and evaporated milk, delightful grass jelly with fresh fruits and sago in evaporated milk, enticing chilled mango sago cream with pomelo, and two popular flavours of glutinous rice cakes. Notably, three items from the new dessert series are presented with dry ice, creating an experience that transports guests to a dessert paradise at the moment the dishes are served, combining visual and flavourful delight for an immersive dessert experience.
Served daily from 6:30pm, the "Moonlight Hours" Chinese desserts menu boasts over 20 items that can serve as a perfect conclusion to any meal or a delightful treat for your enjoyment at any time. Crafted with the finest ingredients and culinary expertise from our culinary team, the selection of desserts will take you on a sensory journey through the depths of Chinese heritage, modern interpretations, and beloved local favourites. Our signature offerings include the Ginger Milk Pudding, expertly prepared à la minute tableside, the refreshing Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo, and the Double-boiled Egg White and Fresh Milk in Whole Young Coconut with Peach Resin—all showcasing the team's dedication to elevating the everyday Chinese dessert experience to extraordinary heights.
