This Easter, Baked By Shangri-La presents a collection of limited-time Easter delights, weaving the freshness of spring and the joy of the season into every creation. From elegant festive cakes to playful chocolate designs, each piece is meticulously crafted by the hotel’s pastry team with premium ingredients and masterful artistry—bringing sweet surprises to every Easter gathering.

Among the highlights is the Matcha Berry Cake (HKD 480), featuring a glossy matcha mirror glaze that evokes the freshness of spring meadows. Adorned with delicate white blossoms, gold leaf, and fine textures, and encircled by coconut shavings, it blooms like a festive garden in full splendor. Equally captivating is the Jivara Orange Chocolate Cake (HKD 480), decorated with silky Jivara chocolate petals and gold leaf, embodying Easter elegance and indulgence.

For individual enjoyment, the team has thoughtfully introduced petite cakes. The Matcha Berry Cake (HKD 62 per piece) combines matcha mousse with berry sponge, elegantly capturing the sweetness of Easter. Alternatively, the Jivara Orange Chocolate Cake (HKD 62 per piece) offers refreshing orange notes, topped with a golden egg motif and gold leaf, perfectly suited for gifting.
