Featuring premium ingredients from the valley, sea and forest, the family dinner menu begins with appetising Italian pickles, potato and octopus salad, and Angelini’s signature cold cuts and cheese platter. Next comes the all-time-favourite traditional homemade carbonara. The main courses highlight lamb shank stew, baked sea bass and more. The meal ends on a sweet and heart-warming note with a daily grandmother cake and homemade limoncello.
