National Palace Museum 

Known as “the pride of Taiwan”,the National Palace Museum is home to more than 650,000 ancient Chinese artefacts. It is one of the largest museums in the world, and is regarded as one of the world’s four best museums.

The all embracing collection at the museum includes artefacts created from porcelain, jade, enamel, bronze, embroidery, lacquerware and tapestry. There are also a large number of valuable documents and books featuring early Chinese calligraphy.

The National Palace Museum provides its visitors with special guided tours in various languages. There are also facilities for visitors with reduced mobility.

Songshan Cultural Park 

A former Japanese tobacco factory converted into a design expo park, featuring local and international modern art exhibits and performances.

Huashan 1914 Creative Park 

The buildings were converted from a winery to a center and now hosts a variety of culture activities, art and music festivals. Within the factory area, there is a café, bars and a mix of restaurants.

Xinyi Public Assembly Hall 

Opened as a culture hall and park in 2003, 4 small traditional low-rise buildings host exhibitions, performances and community events, and also house a few shops and café.

* The hotel shuttle bus stations include the Huashan 1914 Creative Park. For the Xinyi Public Assembly Hall, guests may alight at Taipei 101 and walk to the destination.
