Hakkasan Mumbai returns to Shangri-La Eros New Delhi for its second culinary showcase at Shang Palace from 23–25 October 2026, led by Master Chef Raymond Wong, Head Chef of Hakkasan and Yauatcha India.

Drawing on over three decades of culinary experience, Chef Raymond presents Hakkasan’s contemporary interpretation of Cantonese cuisine through signature creations, including Crispy Duck Salad, Crab Dumplings, Stir-Fried Tiger Prawns, and Signature Peking Duck. Vegetarian highlights include Spicy Jackfruit Dumplings and Wild Mushroom and Vegetable Wrap.

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menus are priced at INR 8,000 plus taxes per person, with à la carte options also available.
