Embark on a culinary walking tour around Borough Market and Bermondsey with one of Shangri-La’s talented chefs, exploring their recommended local gourmet spots and artisanal suppliers. Handpick the finest produce together for your personalised lunch, before participating in a private wine tasting at Dynamic Vines, sampling chefs’ favourites. Enjoy a bespoke 2- course lunch at TĪNG Restaurant, where your selected local ingredients are masterfully created into a delicious dish and paired with your chosen bottle of wine.

Make Your Own Sterling Silver Necklace
Explore the art of a handmade British jewellery brand that creates pieces inspired by nature with a unique jewellery making experience at Alex Monroe. Your visit will include a tour of the Design space where all Alex Monroe pieces start their journey, followed by a demonstration by Alex himself! Guided by a small team of experts, you will step into the jeweller’s workshop to create a completely personalised nugget pendant necklace in sterling silver.
The final touch to your experience will take place in Alex Monroe’s exquisitely designed boutique for a personal shopping appointment. (Note there is no pressure to buy a piece of jewellery).
