1. The Wedding Offer applies to wedding confirmed and contract signed between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Shangri La Circle Event Rewards apply to any wedding banquet held at Shangri La Hotels & Resorts, Traders, Kerry, or JEN Hotels, provided that the event agreement is entered into with the relevant property and an advance deposit is paid. A minimum function room spend of USD 3,000 per event applies. One (1) Shangri La Circle Point will be awarded for every USD 5 of qualifying event spend, capped at a maximum eligible spend of USD 200,000 per event, equivalent to a maximum of 40,000 Shangri La Circle Points per event. (the “Eligible Event”).

3. The Eligible Event Spend will include function room rental, related guestrooms, catering and wedding packages as further particularised in the event agreement but will not include any expenses payable to third party suppliers, taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges.

4. This Promotion is only valid for new wedding booking successfully made during the Promotional Period. This Promotion must be made known to the relevant property at time of entry into an event agreement for the Eligible Event. This Promotion is subject to room and function space availability at the relevant property and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or double point offers. Blackout dates and restrictions apply.

5. Any Shangri-La Circle Points earned under this Promotion will be credited to the person who signed the event agreement between two (2) to four (4) weeks after completion of the Eligible Event and all related fees are fully settled in accordance with the event agreement. An Eligible Event is deemed to have been “completed” on the later of the date of the wedding banquet or the date of the last guest check out from a room booked under the event agreement.

6. Terms and conditions for Points earning and redemptions are subject to Shangri-La Circle programme.

7. Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited reserves the right to discontinue and/or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time without further notice.

1. In addition to the Shangri-La Circle Event Rewards, the wedding couple is entitled to enjoy an additional 1,000 points for every USD 5,000 spent, with a maximum cap of 10,000 points, which is equivalent to USD 50,000 spending per wedding. ( “Bonus Points”).

2. Bonus Points are a special gift exclusively for the wedding couple and will only be awarded to wedding couple for the designated wedding event. Others involved in the wedding arrangements, including but not limited to event planners, parents, family members, and friends, are not eligible to receive this bonus points.

3. To qualify for the bonus points and Diamond membership status, the wedding couple must complete the online Wedding Couple Privileges & Bonus Points Registration before the wedding event date. If the registration form is not completed or is submitted after the wedding event date, the couple will not receive the reward points and Diamond membership status.

4. Individuals who are not existing Shangri-La Circle members must enroll in the Shangri-La Circle reward programme prior to wedding event date to receive the Shangri-La Circle Award Points and Diamond membership status.

5. Participation in the Diamond membership and bonus points reward is subject to eligibility criteria as determined by Shangri-La Group. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

6. The one-year Diamond membership applies to wedding confirmed and contract signed between March 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.

7. The wedding couple is entitled to receive one (1) year of Shangri-La Circle Diamond Membership upon achieving a qualifying spend of USD 20,000 in a single transaction. The Diamond Membership shall be awarded to one (1) designated member of the wedding couple only, provided that the recipient is the individual designated as the Primary Member on the Wedding Couple Privileges & Bonus Points Registration Form. Once confirmed, the designated Diamond member may not be changed, transferred, or reassigned to another individual.
