Conversion Rate:
• 1 Shangri-La Circle Point = 1 Velocity Point
• Transfer a minimum of 1,000 Shangri-La Circle Points to Velocity in one transaction and receive 1,000 Velocity Points + 300 bonus Velocity Points*.
How to Transfer:
1. Click "Convert Now" and sign into your Shangri-La Circle account if you haven't already.
2. Choose Velocity Frequent Flyer as your transfer partner, enter your Velocity membership number and select the number of Points to be transferred.
3. Tick the box to agree with the Shangri-La Circle Points to Miles Conversion Terms and Conditions and click "Convert Now".
*Terms and Conditions
1. To redeem Shangri-La Circle Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both a Shangri-La Circle member and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member.
2. Velocity Frequent Flyer members will receive 30% bonus Velocity Points when they transfer Shangri-La Circle Points to Velocity in one transaction between 12:00am (AEST) 6 May 2025 and 11:59pm (AEST) 6 Jun 2025. ("Promotion Period")
3. Transfer rate: 1 Shangri-La Circle Point is equivalent to 1 Velocity Point. A minimum transfer amount of 1,000 Shangri-La Circle Points, with subsequent 500-Point increments, applies.
4. Point transfers must be made between a Shangri-La Circle member account and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member account in the same name.
5. Please allow up to 6 weeks after the promotion end date for the Points to be allocated to your Velocity account.
6. The earning and redemption of Points is subject to Shangri-La Circle terms and conditions.
7. After your Shangri-La Circle Points are converted into Velocity Points, these Points are subject to Velocity membership terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
