1. The Promotion is organised by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (the “Company” or “Shangri-La”). Individuals who enrol as new Shangri-La Circle members through https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/joingc/TAJ from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 12 January 2026 to 23:59 (GMT+8) on 11 July 2026 will be eligible for the Welcome Offer.

2. Eligible members will receive the following digital vouchers as Welcome Offer :

a. Upon successful enrolment: one digital voucher for “25% Off On Buffet” (“First Voucher”)

b. Upon redemption or expiry of the First Voucher: one digital voucher for “All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast for Two” (“Second Voucher”)

c. Upon redemption or expiry of the Second Voucher: one digital voucher for “Room Upgrade to Next Room Category”

d. Within six weeks after successful enrolment: two digital vouchers for “Room Upgrade to Next Room Category”

3. The vouchers will be credited to the member’s account and are non-transferrable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refer to individual vouchers’ terms and conditions for details.

4. Members must opt in to receive Shangri-La account updates, programme news and exclusive offers to order to qualify for the vouchers.

5. The Company reserves the right to exclude a Member who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the Promotion, engages in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behavior in relation to the Promotion or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable law or regulations. If a Member is excluded, any offer may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

6. The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend or substitute any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. Subject to applicable laws, all interpretations of this Promotion shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. However, this clause shall not be applicable to hotels in Mainland China.

8. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Shangri-La Circle’s Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.shangrila.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall also apply to this Promotion and the use of vouchers.

9. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at http://www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrilacentre/privacy-policy/).

Cancellation Policy: No amendment or cancellation is allowed upon voucher redemption.

1. This voucher is applicable for a 25% discount on the buffet retail price only at the participating café (All Day Dining) or designated restaurant and is subject to availability.

2. This offer is applicable for a maximum of 10 diners.

3. Participating Hotels exclude Shangri-La Zhoushan, Shangri-La Tokyo, Shangri-La Colombo and Hotel Jen Hong Kong.

4. All prices are subject to local surcharges and prevailing government taxes.

5. This voucher must be presented upon payment at the participating café (All Day Dining) or designated restaurant during the validity period only. No validity period extensions are allowed.

6. Advance reservation is recommended with voucher ID quoted.

7. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions and cannot be transferred, replaced, or exchanged for cash or other products.

8. No amendment or cancellation is allowed upon voucher redemption.

9. Once this voucher has been redeemed or expired, a next voucher will be unlocked and can be retrieved in your voucher wallet.

10. This voucher is exclusive for the recipient and membership number associated when the voucher was issued. An individual who has multiple accounts enrolled and with multiple vouchers issued shall only entitle the offer once. Vouchers issued from duplicate account will become invalid once the profiles are merged, and no more voucher will be issued.

11. Points can be earned on the value after discount with eligible payment, whether it is made in cash, via a credit card or other payment methods and the bill is settled directly at participating restaurant.

12. Subject to applicable laws, all interpretations of the terms and conditions of this voucher shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (the “Company”).

Cancellation Policy: Once the voucher has been used, no amendment or cancellation is allowed.

1. This voucher is applicable for a complimentary room upgrade to the next room category (up to Club level i.e., Suite rooms and above are excluded) at a Participating Hotel and is subject to hotel availability. Club access is included in the event of upgrading to the Club room during the stay.

2. This voucher is applicable for room stay duration not more than 7 nights.

3. This voucher is only applicable for direct bookings via the Shangri-La website, Shangri-La Circle mobile app, Shangri-La WeChat mini programme, official Shangri-La telephone reservation hotline, or a Participating Hotel. Bookings under Complimentary Room and Staff Rate are not applicable.

4. This voucher must be presented upon check-in during the validity period only. No validity period extensions are allowed.

5. Members are required to contact Shangri-La Circle Member Services via telephone or email prior to arrival to redeem the voucher and quote voucher IDs.

6. This voucher is only applicable to the room physically occupied by the Member.

7. This voucher is exclusive for the recipient and membership number associated when the voucher was issued. An individual who has multiple accounts enrolled and with multiple vouchers issued shall only entitle the offer once. Vouchers issued from duplicate account will become invalid once the profiles are merged.
