Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion(“Promotion”) is organised by Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited (“Company” or “Shangri-La”). 

2. The Promotion is open to all registered members of Shangri-La Circle (“Members”).

3. By participating in the Promotion, Members agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

4. The Registration Period is from 15 June 2026 to 31 August 2026. Each Member can only register once during the Registration Period.

5. The Promotion Period is from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 1 July 2026 to 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 August 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Participants would need to check-in, complete the stay and check-out between 00:00 (GMT+8) on 1 July and 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 August 2026, for the stay(s) to qualify.

6. Member can participate in the Promotion by registering via the campaign page on the Shangri-La Circle Mobile App during the Promotion Period, and by spending at the Participating Outlets worldwide during the Promotion Period. 

7. The more you spend, the more rewards you will earn. Rewards include:
Reward 1: A complimentary welcome drink upon check-in for min. 1-Night stay
- Reward is limited to one round of welcome drinks, per registered guest for the room.
- Complimentary drink reward may vary across different participating hotels. Any Images used in promotional materials are purely for illustration purposes only.
Reward 2: USD10 dining voucher upon USD100 spend on dining
- USD100 F&B Spend must be completed in 1 single transaction for it to count.
Reward 3: Free 2 Vouchers of Complimentary Breakfast for 2 guests upon check-in for a minimum 3-Nights stay.
- Vouchers may be utilised at any Participating Hotels, no stay booking is required for utilisation.
- Voucher is valid up till 15 Sep 2026
- Each voucher must be utilised in a single redemption, any unused portions will not be refunded.
Reward 4: Earn 800 bonus Points upon USD800 spend on dining. 

8. All eligible spending (“Eligible Spending”) during the Promotion Period will count towards the Promotion. All Eligible Spending excludes service charges and taxes. Members can login the Shangri-La Circle Mobile App to check the mission status.

9. Only one reward will be issued per transaction. Example, 2 or more guests checked in for a stay, only 1 Mission may be fulfilled and only 1 corresponding reward will be issued to one stay guest only.

10. Eligible Spending is calculated based on USD, excludes service charges and taxes. The applicable exchange rate is determined by the Company in its sole discretion and may be updated from time to time based on prevailing foreign currency exchange rates.

11. The following 25 hotels, properties are considered Participating Hotels:

12. Members must present their membership card to the staff when settling the bill at Participating Outlets to capture the Eligible Spending. Any spending at Participating Outlets charged to Member's room is also considered Eligible Spending, except for airline and/or travel industry discounts and serviced apartments. If the Eligible Spending is charged to the room and the checkout date/payment date falls after the Promotion Period, the amount will not be counted toward this Promotion, even if the consumption occurred during the Promotion Period. All guests participating in Missions are advised to settle all F&B spends directly at outlets to ensure spends count towards this Promotion.

13. Members must complete the stay within the Promotion Period for the spend to be captured as Eligible Spend. If the payment date falls after the Promotion Period, the corresponding spend amount will not be counted toward this Promotion, even if the consumption occurred during the Promotion Period.

14. Spending redeemed with Shang Vouchers will qualify as Eligible Spend at the time of consumption. Spending settled with Points or purchases made at Shangri-la Boutique will not be counted as Eligible Spend.

15. The Vouchers and bonus Points will be automatically credited to the accounts of eligible Members within 10 working days after completion and payment of the relevant accumulative Eligible Spending. 

16. The Vouchers and bonus Points earned from this Promotion are exclusive for the recipient and membership number associated when the Dining Vouchers  and Bonus Points were issued. An individual who has multiple accounts enrolled and with multiple Dining Vouchers and bonus Points issued shall only be entitled to the offer once. Rewards issued from duplicate accounts will become invalid once the profiles are merged.

17. The Vouchers and bonus Points earned from this Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

18. Eligible Spend does not include spending on government and local taxes, service charges, tips, gift certificates or vouchers, catering and events spend, deliveries, mini bar, in-room dining, late charges, no-show charges, and cancellation penalties. Spending settled with Points or purchases at Shangri-la Boutique will not be counted as Eligible Spend. 

19. This Promotion is not applicable for reservations via third party channels and other designated point ineligible stay package. 

20. The Promotion and Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, special offers or gift vouchers. Purchase with Staff discount is not applicable.

21. Spending using any discount vouchers from third party platforms including but not limited to Meituan, Dianping, Openrice does not count as Eligible Spending and are not eligible to earn Points after the discounts has been applied.

22. Use of Vouchers may be subject to availability, voucher validity, minimum spend, blackout dates and its applicable terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Dining Voucher.  

GENERAL 

23. The Company reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any prior notice whatsoever: 
(a) disqualify any Member for any reason, including without limitation for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, tampering with the registration process for the Promotion or the operation of the Promotion, tampering with rewards, engaging in abusive, deceitful, or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the Promotion or the use of the rewards, making false or misleading representations or statements, or violating any applicable laws or regulations. If a Member is disqualified, all prizes offered shall be revoked and reclaimed, and the Company may seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from the Member to the fullest extent permitted by law; and/or
(b) cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Promotion or amend or substitute any of these terms and conditions at any time for any reason.

24. Subject to applicable laws, all interpretations of this Promotion shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. However, this clause shall not be applicable to hotels in Mainland China. 

25. The Company’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.  No covenants at law or in equity shall be implied or incorporated, all of which are expressly disclaimed. 

26. By participating in the Promotion, Members agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Company, participating hotels, restaurants and bars, and any member of the Shangri-La Group, and all of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasees”) for all losses, damages, costs, expenses or claims arising as a result of or in connection with the Promotion, non-compliance with these terms and conditions, or any applicable laws and regulations.

27. Releasees shall not be liable:
(a) for exercising the Company’s rights under these terms and conditions or as otherwise permitted by law, if the Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded or redeemed due to causes beyond its control or otherwise not allowed under the applicable laws and regulations; or
(b) for damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

28. In the event that the operation of the Promotion or any part thereof:
(a) shall require any prior approval, consent and/or permit from any competent authorities of any jurisdictions; and/or
(b) under these terms and conditions (as may be amended or substituted from time to time) shall be contrary to any applicable laws and regulations of any jurisdictions, the relevant jurisdictions shall automatically be excluded from the Promotion and no participants of such jurisdictions shall be eligible to enter into the Promotion.

29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and each participating Member submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

30. No person other than the Members, the Company and the Releasees will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

31. Shangri-La Circle’s Terms and Conditions (available at: https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall also apply to this Promotion and the use of rewards.

32. Any collection, use and disclosure of the Members’ personal data will be strictly in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at http://www.shangri-la.com/corporate/shangrila-centre/privacy-policy/).

33. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and other language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
