Articles are accepted for storage at the sole risk of the owner. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, or theft of any articles in storage for any reason whatsoever.

Articles left in storage must not contain any valuables, cash, jewellery, hazardous or inflammable items, contraband, prohibited substances, toxic or contaminated goods, radioactive materials, alcohol, explosives, fire arms, or any other items prohibited by law.

The owner authorizes the Hotel to inspect any articles left in storage at its absolute discretion.

The owner shall be responsible for and indemnify the Hotel from and against any loss, damage, injury or expense caused by the deposit, storage or removal of any articles in storage.

If the articles are not collected by you, the Hotel reserves its right in its absolute discretion to dispose of any such articles without incurring any liability for such disposal.
