Arrangement for Hong Kong Regulation of Disposable Plastic Tableware and Other Plastic Products

The regulation of disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products used in hotel guest rooms is in effect. Kowloon Shangri-La wholeheartedly supports the new regulations and has put plastic-free and refillable alternatives in service to enhance our sustainability efforts. This includes an in-room instant hot filtered water dispenser and refillable personal care products, while some items containing plastics will be still available at a charge as per government regulation. Additionally, we kindly encourage all guests to bring their own essential items to support the "plastic-free" movement.
