The festive season commences in splendour at 5:30pm. on Friday, 28 November 2025, as Santa Claus illuminates the hotel’s magnificent Christmas tree. The lobby will resonate with the pure voices of young choristers from Victoria Nursery (Harbour Heights). Santa Claus will return on 24 and 25 December (Wednesday & Thursday) at designated times for cherished photographs, joined by the choir of Kowloon Tong School (Primary Section) performing at 6:30pm and 7:15pm, bringing endless happiness to families and children.

Baked By Shangri-La unveils a refined new identity this Christmas, presenting an exquisite ensemble of handcrafted desserts. The Chocolate Christmas Tree stands as an elegant centrepiece in rich dark chocolate, adorned with delicate edible “letters from Santa.” The Chocolate Santa Claus conceals a luxurious filling. Giving Back to the Community

In the true spirit of the season, limited-edition Edward Panda and Ellie Panda plush toys (HKD 160 each) will be available from now to 2 January 2026. Guests can order these adorable companions at the festive counters and Shangri-La boutiques. All proceeds from this initiative, after deducting costs, will be donated to the annual charity project "Operation Santa Claus", supporting those in need within the tragedy of Tai Po Fire and the local community.
