The festive season commences in splendour at 5:30pm. on Friday, 28 November 2025, as Santa Claus illuminates the hotel’s magnificent Christmas tree. The lobby will resonate with the pure voices of young choristers from Victoria Nursery (Harbour Heights). Santa Claus will return on 24 and 25 December (Wednesday & Thursday) at designated times for cherished photographs, joined by the choir of Kowloon Tong School (Primary Section) performing at 6:30pm and 7:15pm, bringing endless happiness to families and children.

Baked By Shangri-La unveils a refined new identity this Christmas, presenting an exquisite ensemble of handcrafted desserts. The Chocolate Christmas Tree stands as an elegant centrepiece in rich dark chocolate, adorned with delicate edible “letters from Santa.” The Chocolate Santa Claus conceals a luxurious filling.

The Shangri-La Box is a radiant magenta keepsake embellished with golden elves and Christmas tree motifs. The Roasted Turkey Set (serves 6-8) is accompanied by Brussels sprouts with pancetta, truffle mashed potatoes, traditional sides and Cherry Frou Frou. All proceeds from this initiative, after deducting costs, will be donated to the annual charity project "Operation Santa Claus", supporting those in need within the local community.
