How to redeem them:
For Shangri-La Circle members, redeem your vouchers here.
- The vouchers are available in denominations of SGD 10, SGD 20, and SGD 50.
- Once you have completed the redemption online, you will receive a redemption confirmation email together with an order number from Shangri-La Circle.
- Present the confirmation email and the order number to collect your Great Rewards Gift Voucher(s) at the Customer Service Counters at Great World, level 2; Pasir Ris Mall, level 2; Tanglin Mall, level 3; or The Seletar Mall, level B2.
How to use them:
- Present the physical voucher upon payment at any participating Shangri-La and JEN hotel restaurants and bars in Singapore, participating outlets at The Palawan @ Sentosa or participating retailers at Great World, Pasir Ris Mall, Tanglin Mall and The Seletar Mall.
- The vouchers must be used in exact denominations and at face value.
