On Chinese New Year’s Eve (16 February) and the second day of Chinese New Year (18 February), guests are invited to dine in an elegantly appointed banquet venue, where the glittering night views of Victoria Harbour set the stage for a memorable celebration. Savour an 8-course set dinner, thoughtfully crafted by the Michelin-starred Shang Palace culinary team, blending tradition with refined artistry.
For entertainment, on Chinese New Year’s Eve (16 February), there will be live broadcast of Spring Festival Gala by China Central Television where guests can welcome Year of the Horse in a joyful ambience. On the second day of Chinese New Year (18 February), guests may also enjoy the spectacular Victoria Harbour fireworks display, adding a radiant touch to this cherished moment of reunion.
Priced at HKD 3,888 for six persons across the two festive evenings, the Chinese New Year Celebration Reunion Dinner presents a harmonious interplay of classic flavours and creative finesse — at Kowloon Shangri-La, where reunion becomes a celebration to be truly treasured.
