Chief Chef Takehiko Yoshida
Chef Takehiko Yoshida joined Nadaman in 1990. He served at Nadaman in Island
Shangri La, Hong Kong, as third chef from 1995, and then as junior assistant
chief chef from September 1998 until August 2004. Prior to his appointment at
Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo, Chief Chef Yoshida served as senior assistant chief chef at
Nadaman's Imperial Hotel branch.
Chief Chef Yoshida’s goal is to create a new style of
Japanese cuisine reflecting his experiences abroad, while maintaining the
honoured traditions of Japanese cooking.
