We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable customer experience. Besides implementing intensified precautionary measures on property since February 2020, we will continue to act in the best interest of all our guests and colleagues and abide by the measures set forth by the authorities. 

With the recent extension of the state of emergency situation by the Japan authorities until end of May, our food and beverage outlets will only be available for guests staying at the hotel.
