Braised Bird's Nest Soup with Alaskan Crabmeat and Conpoy

Ingredients:

  • 140ml chicken and pork broth
  • 20ml ham broth
  • 40g Alaskan crabmeat
  • 20g conpoy
  • 20g bamboo fungus
  • 40g bird's nest
  • 5g corn starch
Method:
  • First boil chicken and pork for 6 hours to get the broth. Also need to add broth boiled with ham into it.
  • And then add the Alaskan crabmeat, conpoy and bamboo fungus into the broth and braise.
  • Before pour out the soup, it also needs to be thickened with little corn starch.
  • Finally add bird's nest which already soaked with broth into the soup.
