With 30 years of culinary experience, the newly appointed Executive Chinese Chef Victor Ho from Hong Kong is not only an expert in Cantonese cuisine, but also familiar with the standards of MICHELIN gourmet as he used to serve at the world's first Chinese restaurant to be recognized with the coveted MICHELIN three-star rating, retained for eleven consecutive years in Hong Kong. Chef Ho also won “Gold Award” in beef category of 2012 Best of the Best Culinary Awards by Hong Kong Tourism Board.
